Redmi Pad Pro for review

This is the Redmi Pad Pro and it’s a large-screen tablet at an affordable price (starting around $299).

It comes with one accessory: a USB-A to USB-C cable, but you can choose to equip it with some official accessories.

The first is the Redmi Pad Pro Cover: a simple but robust cover that allows the tablet to stand upright in landscape mode. It’s not as smart as the Pro Cover for the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4, but it does its job. It costs €30.

Then there’s the Redmi Pad Pro keyboard, which has a rugged and tactile keyboard that really takes the Redmi Pad Pro to the next level for multitasking. The keyboard cover costs €100.

If you want to complete the package, there is the Redmi Smart Pen. It is a very comfortable stylus to use and has two buttons on the bottom. It’s €70.

The Redmi Pad Pro is a solid proposition for those looking for a large tablet on a budget. At 12.1 inches, it is one of the larger ones out there, and outside of the Pad 6S Pro 12.4, it is the only Hyper OS-equipped plate with such a large screen.

The 16:10 screen has more than just dimensions: it’s bright at 1600 x 2560 px, runs at 120 Hz and goes up to 600 nits.

The Redmi Pad Pro is also responsive and comes with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip with up to 8 gigabytes of RAM, and we expect it to have great endurance thanks to its 10,000 mAh battery. We test that and more in our full review!
